Do I need to pay an upfront dealer fee?
No. There are no upfront dealer fees to become an SPT Dealer.

How does the commission work?
Simple: dealers earn a 5% commission on every structural package sale, paid within 30 days.
For example, if you sell a $25,000 structural package, you earn $1,250.

Do we sign a dealer agreement?
Yes. We sign a simple dealer agreement that outlines the basic terms, conditions, commission structure, and lead protection process.

How are my leads protected?
Lead protection is important to us. In addition to the dealer agreement, SPT uses a lead registration system to help protect dealer relationships and avoid conflicts.

Will SPT provide steel frame training?
Yes. After the dealer agreement is signed, SPT provides training to help your team understand our LGS system, project process, and sales approach.

How quickly can I start selling after I am approved?
Most new dealers are onboarded within two to three weeks after signing the dealer agreement.

What states are you currently signing dealers in?
SPT currently serves Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Do I need construction experience?
No. Construction experience helps, but it is not required. SPT provides training and support so dealers can understand the system, explain the benefits, and connect clients with the right structural solution.

Do I need to generate my own leads?
Yes. Dealers are responsible for generating their own leads, relationships, and marketing opportunities. SPT supports the project process once the opportunity is introduced.

Are there territory restrictions?
No. SPT does not assign exclusive territories or divide markets by dealer. Dealers are free to sell wherever they choose within the states currently served by SPT.
