What is the timeline for design and county plans?
Timelines may vary depending on complexity and holidays, but generally:
First design proposal: 3 to 5 days
County plans + structural engineering: 7 to 10 days after design approval
How long does it take to produce the structure once engineering is complete?
Production is fast and scheduled according to project needs:
Projects up to 500 sq ft → Under 1 day
500 to 1500 sq ft → Under 2 days
1500 to 2500 sq ft → Under 3 days
2500 to 3500 sq ft → Under 4–5 days
Over 3500 sq ft → Time defined based on the project
