How do you quote a project?
To quote the structure, we need:
Floor plan
Elevations
Roof pitch
Wall height
Exact project location (crucial for wind loads)
If you don’t have a design yet, we only need:
Approximate sq ft
Desired roof pitch
Exact project location
What happens if the county requests revisions?
Revisions are included if you contracted signed plans with us.
We support the process until final approval.
